Our Return & Exchange Policy
We offer a straightforward 15-day return or exchange policy from the date you receive your item(s). To be eligible, the product must be in its original, unused, and undamaged condition, with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation intact.
Important Analysis-Based Exclusion:
Based on our commitment to quality and hygiene as detailed in our site content, certain products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Opened or used light bulbs (for health and safety reasons).
- Custom-made or specially ordered Commercial Lights, Linear Lights, or large-scale Chandeliers, as noted at the time of purchase.
- Items purchased during final clearance or marked as “Final Sale.”
Step-by-Step Process
- Initiate Your Request: Within 15 days of delivery, contact our customer support team at [email protected] with your order number and details. You may use the template below.
- Receive Authorization & Instructions: Our Las Vegas-based team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return shipping instructions. Returns sent without an RMA number cannot be processed.
- Package Your Item Securely: Please repack the item in its original packaging, including all protective materials, manuals, and parts. Include a copy of your original invoice or packing slip inside the box.
- Ship the Package: Send the package to the address provided in your RMA instructions. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
- Inspection & Processing: Once received at our Las Vegas facility, our quality team will inspect the item (mirroring the same meticulous checks our products undergo). Processing typically takes 3-5 business days after receipt.
Refund & Exchange Details
Refunds
- Timing: Upon approval, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Method: Refunds will be processed via the original payment method used (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please note that your bank or payment processor may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
- Deductions: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. A restocking fee may apply for returns not due to defect or error.
Exchanges
For an exchange to a different item, the process follows the same return authorization steps. Once your return is received and inspected, we will ship the new item to you. Standard shipping charges will apply for the new shipment. If the new item is of higher value, the difference will be charged.
