Policy Overview

We offer a 15-day return or exchange policy from the date you receive your item(s). To be eligible, the product must be in its original, unused, and undamaged condition, with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and documentation intact.

Important Exclusions (Final Sale Items)

In line with our commitment to quality, safety, and customization, the following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Opened or used light bulbs (for health, safety, and hygiene reasons).
  • Custom-made or specially ordered items from our Commercial Lights, Linear Lights, or large-scale Chandeliers collections, as noted at the time of purchase.
  • Any item purchased during a final clearance event or explicitly marked as “Final Sale.”

Step-by-Step Return/Exchange Process

Initiate Your Request: Within 15 days of delivery, contact our Customer Support team at [email protected] with your order number and details. You may use the template provided at the bottom of this page.
Receive Authorization & Instructions: Our team will review your request. If approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return shipping instructions. Returns sent without an RMA number cannot be processed.
Package Your Item Securely: Please repack the item in its original packaging, including all protective materials, manuals, and parts. Include a copy of your original invoice or packing slip inside the box.
Ship the Package: Send the package to the address provided in your RMA instructions. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Inspection & Processing: Once received at our Las Vegas facility, our quality team will inspect the item. Processing typically takes 3-5 business days after receipt.

Refund Details

  • Timing: Upon approval, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Method: Refunds are processed via the original payment method used (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Your bank or payment processor may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
  • Deductions: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. A restocking fee may apply for returns not due to a defect or our error.

Exchange Details

To exchange for a different item, follow the same return authorization steps above. Once your return is received and inspected, we will ship the new item to you. Standard shipping charges apply for the new shipment. If the new item is of higher value, the price difference will be charged.
