We strive to display product colors, finishes, and specifications as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings, manufacturing batches, or material nature. Product images are for illustrative purposes.

Final Sale Items

To uphold quality, safety, and customization, the following are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Opened or used light bulbs (for health and safety reasons).
• Custom-made or specially ordered items from our Commercial Lights, Linear Lights, or large-scale Chandeliers collections, as noted at purchase.
• Any item purchased during a final clearance event or explicitly marked “Final Sale.”

4. Orders and Payment Terms

Order Process

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We will send an order confirmation email. Acceptance of your order and formation of a contract occur when we ship the product(s). We reserve the right to cancel any order before shipment due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We accept the following secure payment methods:

You authorize us to charge the total amount (product price + shipping + applicable taxes) to your selected payment method at the time of order placement.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship globally, excluding select remote regions and parts of Asia. Please see our Shipping & Returns page for the most current service areas.

• Order Processing: Orders are processed and dispatched from our facility within 1-2 business days.
• Standard Shipping: Via DHL or FedEx. Estimated delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch. Flat rate fee of $12.95.
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Estimated delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates. Delays may occur due to customs clearance or unforeseen carrier issues. You will receive a tracking notification upon shipment. You are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees in your country.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our priority. Our detailed policy is available on our Shipping & Returns page and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Key Summary:

• Eligibility Window: 15 days from the date you receive your item(s).
• Condition: Items must be in original, unused, undamaged condition with all packaging, accessories, and documentation.
• Process: Contact Customer Support at [email protected] within 15 days to initiate a request and obtain an RMA number.
• Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and a restocking fee may apply for non-defective returns.
• Exchanges: Follow the return process. Standard shipping charges apply for the new shipment.
• Damaged/Defective Items: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund and cover associated shipping costs.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and the overall “look and feel,” is the property of VONN LIGHTING or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VONN LIGHTING shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Site.
• Any products purchased or obtained through the Site, including but not limited to damages arising from product use, installation, or incompatibility.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability, or one hundred US Dollars (USD $100), whichever is greater.
